Corporate Structure

Companhia Energética de Minas Gerais is a publicly traded company with more than 500,000 shareholders across 39 countries. Its shares are traded on the stock exchanges of B3 (São Paulo) and New York Stock Exchange (New York).

Supported by the economic pillar of sustainability, Cemig has been strengthening its equity interests in several leading companies within Brazil’s energy sector, with operations in 26 states and in the Federal District. Maintenance

The organizational chart details the corporate structure of Companhia Energética de Minas Gerais (Cemig) as of December 31, 2025. At the top, the main holding block is identified in dark green. From this point, the structure branches into six main arms with distinct functions and color codes: Taesa (21.68%) and SLTE (100%) in yellow, representing the Transmission sector; Cemig GT (100%) in light blue, dedicated to Generation and Transmission; Cemig SIM (100%) in neon green, focused on Services; Cemig D (100%) in light green, responsible for Distribution; and Gasmig (99.57%) in dark navy blue, linked to Gas Distribution. The largest branch stems from Cemig GT, which organizes its subsidiaries into five color‑based categories. The largest group, in light blue, encompasses the Generation companies, including stakes of 49% (Cachoeirão, Paracambi, Aliança Norte and Guanhães), 74.5% (Amazônia), and 100% (Pipoca, Cemig G. Itutinga, Camargos, Leste, Oeste, Sul, PCH, Poço, as well as Horizontes, Sá Carvalho, Rosa, and the solar plants UFV Três Marias and Boa Esperança). Light gray identifies the Wind Generation companies, Parajuru and Volta do Rio, both at 100%. Also under Cemig GT, the Generation Consortia appear in dark gray (charcoal), namely the Cemig‑CEB Consortium (82.5%) and Centroeste (100%). The Transmission sector within GT is represented again in yellow by the company Centroeste (100%) and ETTM (100%). Finally, in orange, the Commercialization companies ESCEE and Trading are shown, both fully controlled (100%). The legend at the bottom of the image confirms this visual coding: dark green for Holdings, navy blue for Gas, light blue for Generation, light green for Distribution, light gray for Wind Generation, orange for Commercialization, yellow for Transmission, neon green for Services, and dark gray for Consortia.
