The Board of Directors is the body that supervises and guides Cemig’s decisions, ensuring that the company follows its strategy and objectives. It closely monitors the company’s activities and delegates day-to-day execution to the Executive Board.
The Board is composed of nine members, including its president. All are chosen at the General Meeting, with 2-year terms and the possibility of up to 3 consecutive re-elections.
