Decrees Decree No. 5163 of 7/30/2004, published on 7/30/2004 – Regulates the commercialization of electric power, the process of granting concessions and authorizations for electric power generation and makes other provisions. Procedures Electric Power Distribution Procedures in the National Electric System – PRODIST – The Distribution Procedures – PRODIST – are rules that govern the relationship between the electric power distributors and other agents (consumer units and generating plants) connected to the distribution systems, which include grids and lines in voltage below 230 kilovolts (kV). They also deal with the relationship between the distributors and the Agency in terms of information exchange.
