WHERE WE ARE

Cemig is responsible for supplying nearly 33 million people in 805 municipalities in the states of Minas Gerais and Rio de Janeiro (including Light), and for the management of the largest electric energy distribution network in South America, which extends for more than 460,000 kilometers. Moreover, the Company is also present outside Brazil with LT Charrúa – Nueva Temuco, in Chile, which commenced operations at the end of January, 2010.
